Processing & Delivery Time
• Standard Distribution: Tracks are delivered to platforms within 7-14 business days after approval.
• Priority Distribution: Fast-track processing ensures delivery within 48-72 hours (subject to eligibility and additional fees).
• Platform-Specific Timelines: Some streaming services may take longer to process releases, which is beyond our control.
Quality Checks & Approval
Before distribution, all submissions undergo a content review to ensure compliance with platform guidelines. Delays may occur due to:
• Incorrect metadata or formatting issues
• Copyright concerns or content violations
• Additional verification requirements by platforms
Artists will be notified if any corrections are needed.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your music is successfully delivered, you will receive:
• A confirmation email with release details
• Status updates via your PlayGeet dashboard
• Notifications in case of any issues or delays
Takedowns & Modifications
• Artists can request takedowns or updates to their releases. Processing times for takedowns may vary by platform, typically taking 5-10 business days.
• Modifications to a live release may require re-uploading, leading to a new release timeline.
Refunds & Cancellations
As a digital service, refunds and cancellations are not possible once distribution has begun. However, if a release has not yet been processed, you may request a cancellation.
